The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been notified and is expected to conduct its own investigation. OSHA’s review will focus on ensuring workplace safety regulations were followed and assessing whether any additional safety measures are needed to prevent similar accidents. These findings will be part of a broader report that aims to provide clarity on how the incident occurred.
